Are you pondering what I'm pondering?
1) Can someone please explain this to me? Cramps and labor pains are uterine contractions. Orgasms also are uterine contractions. SO WHY DON'T THEY FEEL THE SAME?! I'd be perfectly happy to have orgasmic contractions for 5 days straight every month. Being in agony 5 days straight, not so much with that. Men. have. it. too. easy. >:0!!!

2) Why is it that I'm completely confident about some things and completely insecure about others? How can I be confident about the same thing one day and completely insecure about it the next? Is this just me, or am I due for a stay in St. Mungo's?

I feel: bitchybitchy
I hear: The Cramps! ha ha ha - NOT. >:0!!!

Cramps and labor pains are uterine contractions. Orgasms also are uterine contractions.

I'm not an anatomy genius or anything but I think the sensations related to both sets of contractions are due to hormones and other body chemicals. Also the pain might be coming from, I don't know, squeezing out potential babies or babies.

A heating pad always makes me feel better. :)

As far as insecurities go it's safe to blame hormones again. Men may have it easier but women always have an easy excuse. "It's that time of the month" where "I'm not at my best" because "my vagina is bleeding".
