Replied to the same folks who sent me the confirmation message when "appropriate action" was last taken. I specifically inquired into the possibility of "preventing such libelous harassment of innocent people in the future."

Let's see what the turn-around is...

Hey, you need to announce this stuff! I was literally just telling my friend Fran (she's on his little list) about the page, and she told me he was gone. Now I guess we just have to create a script that checks the link referrer from his site (it looks like he doesn't bother changing the names of his pages!) for "wg-us.htm" and autmoatically sending a complaint to "abuse@[site]" (or whatever). Make the fucker WORK for it.
