Finally with the fandom stuffs, what's up with the trolls in the dungeon lately? Lame.
My weekend was rather good. Yesterday I FINALLY saw my real life best friend (life has been a bit crazy and we've had to rearrange our plans a lot). She hadn't seen me since July and she nearly cried - and then she stared at me during most of our lunch! It was wonderful to see her and we're going to make a better effort at scheduling time together. Then today was lunch with the support group and one of the women hadn't seen me since before the surgery and she almost started crying when she saw me!! I apparently induce waterworks everywhere. She literally was speechless for a few minutes and couldn't introduce me and the others there, so we had to introduce ourselves while she tried to pull it together. It was certainly very sweet and rather gratifying to get these reactions, especially considering I still don't see such a huge difference. What can I say - I see myself in the mirror everyday!
