I'm off to see the wizard... too bad he's not named Harry.
Beef broth and iced tea... the breakfast of champions. Champions of what, I'm not certain.

I'm about to leave to head to the hotel by the hospital for the night. If you'd like, feel free to call me on my cellphone (if you have the number, obviously) or text me, which anyone can do via LJ - it's completely free for me to receive text messages, so have at it. I'm turning off comments since obviously I won't see them, and I'll be turning off my phone around 10 pm CST.

The surgery is tomorrow morning and my mom will be calling eibbil_libbie and wordplay at some point - I imagine by 3 pm CST at the latest, so check their journals for updates and info.

I may try to do a phone post, if for no other reason than me on morphine may equal very amusing, but no promises. Hopefully I'll be home Saturday or Sunday and will be able to at least do a brief post.

And here, have a quiz stolen from owlman and luminousmarble:

Your brain: 120% interpersonal, 60% visual, 200% verbal, and 20% mathematical!
Congratulations on being 400% smart! Actually, on my test, everyone is. The above score breaks down what kind of thinking you most enjoy doing. A score above 100% means you use that kind of thinking more than average, and a score below 100% means you use it less. It says nothing about how good you are at any one, just how interested you are in each, relatively. A substantial difference in scores between two people means, conclusively, that they are different kinds of thinkers.

Matching Summary: Each of us has different tastes. Still, I offer the following advice, which I think is obvious:

  1. Don't date someone if your interpersonal percentages differ by more than 80%.
  2. Don't be friends with someone if your verbal percentages differ by more than 100%.
  3. Don't have sex with someone if their math percentage is over 200%.
